I signed a contract with MTN which I cancelled before the cooling period. To my surprise, they debited my account for R570.00... when I queried, I was informed that I made use of the internet which clearly I did not - still waiting for them to prove this. This morning I received another surprise from them... my account was debited again... still no answers... well MTN, I will go to court and fight for what is rightfully mine... from what I hear, MTN is quiet "GOOD" when it comes to debiting peoples accounts who have actually cancelled... I want every cent in my account as I did not make any use of that cellphone... I have a Laptop as well as a Blackberry which I use for internet...
