Being debited without reason

I had a 20gb data account with the 10gb nightly add on with 8ta that I cancelled on the 8th of July.

While I had this account, and even after I cancelled it, I've been debited with R108.50 every month. This has since changed to R99 per month.

Numerous calls to their call center and even logging a case with their accounts department has still not produced any answers as to why I'm being debited.

Come on 8ta, give me some answers!
