I signed a contract at the Winchester Hills Sports Club about 4 years ago. About six months into the contract i cancelled it and payed the cancellation fee required cash at the gym. Today 4 years later my bank account gets debited for the membership fee i phoned them and was told i have a three year contract that expires in end of Oct and that i never cancelled the contract the money i paid cash was apparently for the account that was in arrears??? how does that work if it was debited each month for that period of six months what exactly was in arrears? With no straight answers she tells me she will just keep on debiting my account each month for the outstanding money.
YOU WILL NOT DEBIT MY ACCOUNT AND I WILL NOT PAY ONE CENT TO YOU PEOPLE!!!
