I took two hospital plans which were cancelled with the cooling off period. I have received an sms from Clientele confirming cancellation and Elsa has told me the money illegally debited the first time would be refunded. Lo and behold. On the 3 rd of July 2013, they illegally debit my account again for R.486.00 and R348.00 respectively. Basically twice in 1 month illegally.
WATCH OUT FOR CLIENTELE EVERYBODY!!! THEY ARE ILLEGALLY DEDUCTING FUNDS OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNTS DESPITE CONTRACTS HAVING BEEN CANCELLED . I have verification confirming the contract was cancelled and money would be refunded to me as as well as two sms's confirming the same and these Mother Fs carry on debiting illegally. DON"T EVER SIGN UP WITH CLIENTELE FOR ANYTHING AS THEY THINK THEY CAN DO AS THEY WANT WITH YOUR BANK ACCOUNT . Now I have to go to the bank to reverse these debit orders for which I will pay R50 . and I will continue reversing any debit orders they attempt to put through until they finally get the message. Friggin bunch of!!!
