Telkom definitely have the largest concentration of working for them, could someone with half a brain please sort my f&*king account billing out!!! I don't have the f&*king time to sit on a phone call with you who don't know what the f&*king is going on and cannot keep track of my billing details! I am still being billing for the time period Jan13-Oct13, I did not have my line installed for that time period I have made payment for Nov as I have only had my line for that month, I have now had my line suspended, please note that I will not be calling telkom to follow up on this matter and I will be deducting a daily amount from my next payment up until my line suspension is lifted. This is utter f*&king that telkom has functionality on their website to log disputes but the don't read them!!!
