I took a contract with telkom which i was offered by a consultant via a phone and i even went through the internet to check the deal and read it. It stated that if i was not happy with anything i can cancell within a period of three months wich i did, but now they charging for installation and a line that was not used. They on sending me invoices for a line that i requested to close about a month ago, they keep on billing me for a line that im even using last time they told me that i made a call from that line, where's i dont even have landline phone, i only have their line but with no phone so i asked how is it possible that i mad a call with no phone. i am appealing if you can help with this regard. Thanks
