RE: PAID ACCOUNT SUSPENDED - ACC/NO 1.10737703 - MATTER REFERS TO COMPLAINT SENT 9 OCT 2013 - NOT RESOLVED.
Brian Maleka called me and promised to investigate and revert back, but to date, I'm yet to receive feedback from him and my issue remains unresolved. Today marks 16 days since my account has been suspended and worse, Autopage sent daily smses threatening to list my name at the Credit Bureau. I guess I'll do as one of their agents advised and cancel the contract, cause what I need now, is total peace of mind, never mind the lengthily contract I've had with Autopage, all I need now is the invoice and I'll settle the contract and port my sim to another network service. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
