This is an ongoing problem since this contract started it has been paid via eft and every month there is stil charges for returned debit orders.this matter has been taken up with sidefree valoyi numerous times and every month he just reactivate my line and promise it has been sent to the accounts department and they will contact me but with no one contacting me.now i ask who is not doing their job and im refusing to pay the amount they want because this was sorted out months ago according to sidefree valoyi.
