If you are easily offended by harsh language I strongly suggest that you do not continue to read this mail I am highly off with the shocking disgusting treatment I have received from MTn. Not only due to your incompetence, have I now had my good name drawn through the mud, my great credit record has been ruined due the lack of procedures and follow ups with customers on outstanding amounts. How the do you expect someone to pay an outstanding amount if they have absolutely no clue that they owe the money??? I was asked to pay a settlement amount on the 19/11/12 which I promtply paid, and the on the 21/11/12 I closed and cancel my contract for the second time with MTn at no point during this time someone let me know that they had credited the account with more airtime on the 20/11/12. Now a year later when I am applying for a loan I get declined as you say I still owe you more money - thanx for letting me KNOW!
