I applied for a phone through MTN Direct. I heard nothing for a few days - tried to get hold of the person who assisted me and never got a response. Contacted the call centre who said it was a warehouse issue. I waited - tried again and was told it was a courier issue. They promised to phone back - never heard from them. Phoned again and was told that I needed to speak to Glasson as he opened the account.
Please - cancel my application... I dont want to be shunted around anymore. Vodacom, here I come.
