Hi, I have applied for a contract at the Telkom Mobile store in hatfield over 2 weeks ago, I emailed all my details to Lerato and apparently due to our work number being used a lot there is a screening it had to go through.

My problem is that it has been a long time and all that i got informed about is that they just need to verify my employment. As if this was not bad enough, i do not get regular feedback on the progress of my application... i always have to call and different people at the same store say that they will contact me and they do not.

This complaint is just an awareness, i do not expect any special treatment. What i want to stress is that service delivery is key to making the business grow and getting the confidence of the people. Telkom mobile had good offers so please couple that with better service delivery.

I would real like to be on your plan but if the application, please update me whether it is good or bad news so that i know you actually care.
