Pathetic account administration and poor service

I had an awful experience with the express stores at both Northgate and Clearwater. With ClearWater being the last straw of my patience. An application that takes according to company policy up to 24hrs, took 3 weeks. I am then told that the application was declined because I did not have enough debt. I now receive a statement, reflecting a balance for a contract that they have declined. I am almost certain that 8ta is a company on their own mission, lead by imbeciles. Why invoice for a contract that was declined?
My store experience was appalling, the sales consultant as well as their manager are clueless about their store policy. They lack purpose or a passion for customers because:
1. They walk aimlessly
2. They respond with "eish i don't Know"
3. They dont know how to confirm if an application is approved.
4. They don't know how to locate stock from other branches.
5. They don't know that Telkom Direct does not dispatch stock to 8ta express customers.
After querying the invoice i am told the contract is cancelled and they will insert incorrect banking details to avoid a debit going of. i am not impressed and never will be. Clearly they have dodgy processes. SORT IT OUT
