The nature of this complaint is regarding the pathetic service that Cell C offers. I have been complaining about terrible signal problems for the last 10 months with Cell C, and it seems that nothing is being done about it.
My husband has logged 4 calls to their technical support division in Umhlanga Ridge over the last 8 months. I have spoken to a technical support agent 3 weeks ago who said that he would get back to me, which he never did. Surprise surprise! I have been calling the Umhlanga regional office 7 times this afternoon, and no one is answering the phone. (perhaps a signal problem?).
The main problem is that I never have signal. Not at work in Umhlanga or at home in Mount Edgecombe. I don't receive any calls, just sms's of missed calls. My husband was involved in an accident, and could not reach me of because no signal. I was caught in traffic for 2 hours and could not reach my daughter's school or husband to advise them where I was, because no circuit was available, and the signal always reflects as X.
I AM PAYING FOR 2 CELLPHONE CONTRACTS AND HAVE CONTINIOUSLY NO SERVICE. When will something be done!!!
