70 days after making inquiries about porting 3 mobile phone contracts to Autopage I am still struggling to get 1 of the 3 phones ported, connected and on-line. Customer relations seemed keen to help but dealing with them is very frustrating with no working telephone number to contact and sporadic emails that don't provide solutions to what should not be a problem. After all we are sold a line about Mobile Telephony companies being able to port your existing number to their services. My advice is simply don't believe it - stick with the original supplier, no matter how bad they are changing just makes your problem worse.
