Nobody seems to hav an answer to my problem, my problem all started when I was billed R2, 226.00 for November, this came as a shock to me, because I normally pay nt more than 500 bucks, I thn followed this up with the consultants for which I was told I was using BiS instead of BeS meant for the Z10, something which I should have been told by the consultant carrying out my contract.
I was thn put on the bb10 essential plan on the 3rd of December.,

To cut the story short, I was checking my account balance today and to my shock it says my next payment 31/12/2013 is R2, 940.00!
How is that possible..i make calls using the free minutes on my contract and i have not downloaded anything this month.

How I managed to use up R2, 940.77 in just 9 days on just internet browsing is a mystery to me!

when i asked to be sent breakdown of the websites visited and how much each session cost i was told "unfortunately we cannot disclose this the websites visited to clients due to the privacy act put in place by ICASA"
so am expected to pay R3, 000.00 for something they too cant explain!
disgusting! am fed up cant wait for my contract to come to an end!
