CONTACT NEVER ACTIVATED AND NOW BILLED???

I took out a contact with vodacom online beginning of Nov 2013. After more than 40 calls to the call centre to get my line active - out frustration I decided to cancel the contract within the 14 days allowed to cancel the deal. Then after I wanted to cancel the deal my line gets activated. I stick with my decision to cancel the contact because of the poor service. This was mid Nov 2013 - I am still in possession of the phone which VODACOM said they will pick it up from me within 3 - 4 days MID NOV 2013. Today is the 11 Dec 2013 AND I STILL HAVE THE BRAND NEW IPHONE 5! RAM has still not picked it up and VODACOM hasn't even picked up the error! It shows you how pathetic they are!! Today I got the bill to pay the SMART L plan that I have never used and CANCELLED 1 month and half ago.
SORT OUT OUR MESS I AM NOT PAYING FOR SOMETHING I HAVEN"T USED. THE STUFF UP IS ON YOUR SIDE -NOT MINE!!!
