Blacklisting of phone is a major problem... since 4/12/13 I've been trying to get an ITC number from Vodacom customer call centre... The service from the call centre itself has been professional... Spoke to Tauhir, Les, Bululani ..and they've been great... but really issue has not been resolved... AND THIS IS THE SECOND WEEK>>>AND STILL WAITING... my problem is their system is off-line since I don't know when... and there is no urgency to restore or fix the problem. Needless to say police don't want to assist or issue a case number... so any luck of tracing Blackberry is or has disappeared... Thanks Vodacom for ur turn-around time... hope you proud of your support service or are you sponsoring me a new phone?
