I am SO mad right now.
MTN have seriously lost a customer as soon as my contract ends.
My phone camera broke in May, after about 5 weeks it was returned to me, then the camera broke again - it just stopped working in October. I contacted MTN who collected the phone and gave me a loan phone (a HTC Galaxy Pocket S5300 3GB - I kid you not, that is the description on the Proof of delivery, but the phone is a Samsung... LOL) Any way; almost 8 weeks later they finally collect their incorrectly described loan phone and return to me what is supposed to be my phone, except the IMEI no is incorrect. It is a refurbished germ infested someone else's repaired phone. Why do I bother to pay insurance each month for them to just force someone else's germ infested phone on you???
I am so off at the moment and they do NOT have the decency to tell you this in advance or to contact the customer. It is up to the customer (me) to continually try contact them to find out what is happening with my phone and when I would get it back. What happened to we will replace it with a NEW phone not a refurbished piece of?
So much for the so called customer service in this country. It's pathetic.
