I have been complaining a lot to Vodacom as the service I've been getting lately has generally been quite weak. I had been struggling to get anyone competent to help me with my unique request. I finally was put in touch with Elroy Brickles who proceeded to help me properly, gave me the answers I was looking for and gave me a solution to my request.
It's a shame it took over a month before I was put in touch with Elroy and it's a shame not all your staff are as competent and helpful as Elroy.
