This is very disappointing that a company of MTN stature would dish out bad service, having to hold the line for 60 minutes is unacceptable. i currently have two weeks now without a phone as MTN is out of reach. This is out of order and totally unacceptable. MTN HAS DISAPPOINTED ME!!!
