We had booked for 17 people, were given seats for maximim 13. It took an hour for the order of the starters to be taken. Plenty dishes were unavailable, then some of them arrived, one dish missing and we were charged for that dish. Then the main courses arrived after 1 hour 45 minutes.
The one guest had to write the order on a piece of paper for the waitress.
90% of the food was cold.
No presence of a Manager.
Unacceptable service all round.
