Cell C
Poor Network Coverage

Hi,
I go to Kleinmond every 2nd week for a few days, and struggle to get reception on Cell C. I stay in the centre of the town - and I have internet for a few minutes, then it disappears for a half an hour. It is frustrating, and I do not understand why this happens. It is not my device, as I have tested the sim in another phone. Cellc has perfect reception in Cape Town, but in the rural towns it's unacceptably poor.

Can you please investigate and provide feedback with a solution?
