I love the new advertising by CellC, lets see if they can back up their campaign!
I have complained about poor 3G reception before. A team came out (I was not here) and did a "SIGNAL TEST". They confirmed all was in order, and that my reception probably suffers "due to peak volume".
That was a year ago. Here I am, its almost 10pm on a Wednesday night, and my signal lasts for a few minutes at a time. As i type this, my 3G device has disconnected 3 times, due to poor signal.
Where is the improvement? All this lovely advertising about "The best network in SA" and yet I still seem to suffer.
All I want to go, is get some work done in the evening, which is impossible while trying to use a CELLC 3G stick!!!
Challenge my network? Cool. Choose a weekday night, send a technician to come and sit with me while I try and get some work done in the evening.
