After posting my original complaint a representative called me and connected me to Ram couriers who just connected me back to the upgrade line. When I phoned again today to find out what is happening with the phone, they told me they got the phone back from Ram and gave it to another customer. In the meantime they have charged me for the upgrade which is ridiculous since I don't have the phone. Asked to speak to precious whom I was told was going to phone me back on previous calls and am still waiting for a manager to sort it out.
