I reported my telephone line (0123295430) as being dead (no dialtone - but ADSL is OK) and then phoned afterwards to report that my father-in-law is quite sick in bed (wheelchair) and we rely on this line if we need to call a hospital or emergency services. To date no service has been forthcoming. Knowing the Telecoms field myself I know this is an exchange problem not a line fault but no one has even phoned or bothered at all to call. I usually would not write this but for the fact my father-in-law is sick and my wife runs a business as well and have lost business as such.
