I opened a new account with cell c...
I had NO reception i kept on going back to the store, phoned the complaint line, ohoned technical guys just kept being put through to someone else. I have reference numbers from the call centre to this day no one has got back to me. IMy phone is connected to my gate so I could not let people in my gate, security could never get hold of me... 3 weeks went by they gave me a loan phone and sent my phone in. I want a new phone and to this day I am still waiting for a repsonse on what is happening... I was given the loan phone last Wednesday its now Monday... I want to cancel my contract if they do not give me a new phone as I am not prepared to take the phone that has gone in back... I think its disgusting how no one gets back to you the reception is shocking I have to manually change from cell c - vodacom when the signal goes I am a single female living on my own if I am in a accident or anything happens I have to check if I have reception or if I have to change to a different provider... I think its disgusting i am being charged for a phone that doesnt work!!
