I have had problems with my phone for over a month and have been in constant communication with Nashua either though your call center, Sandton branch or via email. I have been to and received bad service since and today I call the branch to find out if my phone is back from repairs and I am told it was not fixed because "find my iphone was not switched on"
This is pathetic. I have been in constant communication with your team and you have been sending me sms to notify me that the phone is with the technical department and now today I hear it was not even fixed because of a minor thing which I could have deactivated in less then a minute.
