I lost my hand set to. My lost number is 079 693 2908 I reported the matter to VC. My phone was later replaced. When the line was reactivated my bill sky rocketed to R5000. I contacted VC to say this is not correct either somebody somewhere is using my line. VC insisted its me using the line I denied it but paid the invoice. I used the gadget sparringly to save costs. The following month the invoice came at R7000. I flatly refused to pay and lodged a case at ICASA. Not much is happening and now I am blacklisted. I insist there is no way I could have used my line so much also judging with the invoices before which were ranging between R1000 and R1600. All of a sudden its R5000 after. It is a clear case of that does not need a doctorate for one to see that. Now my ecomic activity is halted. This is hooliganism and the government should stop this credit bureau thing for companies like Vodacom are misusing it. May the government wake up from its slumber.
