Neotel has cut off my line, when my line is in credit with R1000 and I confirmed this by phoning them, REF: FCR288955108. This is not the first time that this has happened. I have logged numerous complaints. My account with them is 2 months old. I had to fight to get my first invoice. They have sent my their other clients invoices. They have promised to fix everything, yet I still sit with this problem. I have told them I am going to take legal action, since this is a business line. Since they have showed no dedication in resolving this matter and it has been escalated to several higher ups, I have no choice but to take this further with my legal team.
