I have a contract with cell c since April 2012 and I have never been satisfied with their service from the beginning. First of all when I took the contract I was under the impression that my bill won't exceed R300 every month and from the beginning it has never been like that. I even called the call centre sometime last year asking them that they keep my bill at R200, this has never happened not even once. Now last month my bill was R526 and I didn't understand how this could be but I let it go, and now for December I was checking my balance and my phone tells me already that my bill is R536. My question is, how can this be because I hardly use this phone to make calls and I cannot already be on that amount after just 1 week from the end of the month. Can someone please make me understand how this works. When I called customer services yesterday I was told that maybe its because I'm subscribed to MIRA networks which I don't even know anything about and I've never subscribed to, I don't even know what this MIRA networks does. I'm even considering cancelling this contract and moving my business elsewhere because I can't take this anymore. This is too much I can't be paying so much.
