My daughter's phone contract with Cell C has been spammed by Mira networks and Bourgiorno. Her normal phone bill is R200 per month, but this month it was R725!! I phoned Cell C, and they cannot help me. I'm cancelling this contract with immediate effect. I asked the operator at Cell C, and she admitted that she gets plenty of these calls daily!!! Can Cell C not block these spam companies? The phone is for emergency only for my 11 year old daughter! I'm not even gonna bother asking for a refund from Mira Networks! You guys are, and exploit young kids into clicking on your dodgy sms's!!! Is there no governing body to close down these companies?
