REALLY 8TA? REALLY? YOU ARE NOT DOING ANYTHING!

Please do mind my headline, because that's exactly what is happening: NOTHING. This is the 3rd week now and i'm still waiting from my money from 8ta and i promise you even i have made more calls to sort this mess out than the number of trips Santa Claus will make for Xmas! It doesn't help that, this is now my second complaint on hellopeter, and i promise if i hear "mam the turn around time is 7 days" i will scream (not that 8ta would hear that scream)

I'm going to take this matter further now, this is the last note i'm writing down and i will stop making any more calls to you, and if i don't get my money or any response (in this case the response still being my money) before Friday, i will take it further to my lawyers. The fact that the TM Team responded and yet nothing is still being done after so long is even more deceiving.

Once more, 8ta, my case number, which i was only given after almost two weeks of my complaint, hence i wont wait any longer because of your consultants' lack of professionalism and skills to do their job, is 7250036.

And so again... i wait...
