I receive up to 50 calls per day from a blocked call - many times between 12-5am during the middle of the night, I have asked MTN to help identify the caller but their response was to get a police case number. When i did get the police case number, they then chanaged their tune and said they cannot give me the information as it is not available and it does not help whether i have a police case number. I have since heard from forums and experts that the information is available but at a fee in excess of R5000. This is a money making - if the information is available and there is proof of harrassment - then a client should be assisted if it is within means for MTN to assist.
