For the past 3 months over R5000.00 has been debited from my account and I do not have an account with Platinum. This was cancelled in 2008.
They advised on 28/10/2013 that they made a mistake and will refund me within 21 days. It is now 02/12/2013 and I still have not seen the money despite sending constant mails. This is and and I will lodge a case at the police.
