The worst phone ever. Upgrade contract not even a month old and already the phone has been send 3 times for repairs. While at Cresta today to collect the phone (after waiting for 2 weeks without a phone) for the 2nd time, as we step out we noticed the phone was unable to scroll.
We then request to speak to the manager (Olga) and asked if she could phone headoffice to request a brand new phone, she said that she can only book the phone in again. No efford was made from her side to assist us with the problem.
After this incident we went to the Vodacom shop and pretend to be interested in buying a Blackberry.By surprise the agent told us that Blackberry phones are given the most problems and that this would be a bad choice.
My question then is... why do they keep selling this product that is in such poor condition?.
We request a new phone. According to the complaints logged on Blackberries, its seems this will be a never ending story.
