I have actually had only praise for Telkom Mobile over the last couple of years, actually posting compliments as they are light-years ahead with both price and service. This is until I logged a query with them on the 1st. For some reason, data on my bundle was used, but I have proof that I didn't use it. I use the data very sparingly as it runs all the devices in my home.
This is the first time I logged a query, I have 2x data contracts with them and still believe their network quality is brilliant.
Sadly, I got the horse and pony show that the device consumed the data and that there was no fault on their side and also haven't got any feedback from them after asking for it multiple times from the 1st of January 2013.
Oi Telkom, why give me a sour taste in the mouth this early in the year? :(
