Three and a half weeks still no working phone

Visisted Liberty Midlands Mall 29 May spoke to Nokuphiwqa Madonda. Received email 30 May informing me Enginner waiting on 500m fire oiptic cable and would install as soon as received
emailed Nokuphiwqa 2 June requesting update - no response

HAS TELKOM RUN OUT OF FIBRE OPTIC CABLE
I live on a farm and this is my emergency line as cell comms are not always relaible or available.
This line also services 0398329031 - a MENTAL HEALTH facility - with 60 patients - 9kms down a dirt road.

Really Telkom this is unacceptable - coming up for four weeks on Friday. Its not as if its a copper cable problem or something that cant be fixed. Just plain could not care or bother to try and get the line fixed.

And not one communication from Telkom other than sms's telling me my line still has an open fault - as if I'm that stupid I didnt know that by just picking up the handset which I do every day.
