No Response... Its been weeks now!

Vodacom authorised a SIM swap which enabled scamsters to rob me of R5000, Vergis Smith was the investigating officer for my claim... The last I heard from him was they had problems with the recordings (the one that obviously implicated Vodacom as having swapped the sim without my permission - how convenient!)

So now its just one of these missions where they are trying to bury me, not answering, no response and certainly no admission of guilt or compensation for my loss.

I dont understand why there's so much importance around RICA if these muppets can just authorise SIM swaps to any dude who calls in...

Please I need a resolution to this!
