My contract was expiring in December 2013 and I called MTN a month ago to cancel this contract and they even gave me a reference number for the cancellation but still till today the contract is not cancelled. Everyday I sit hours on the phone with mtn to try and ask them why they not canceling my contract but no one takes the responsibility to even help you. They always putting you through someone else or never answering the calls. What kind service is this from MTN. my contract expired so why can't your'll just cancel it because I hate MTN and will never ever get or buy anything from MTN ever again. MTN.
