The contract on the phone 0733553105 expired in August 2012. In September 2012 I visited MTN Langeberg mall with the correct documentation. The person behind the counter told me that he will submit the cancellation of the contract without telling me I need to get a reference number. On 8 November 2012 I went back to enquire why the contract is not cancelled they told me that it was not done as I did not get a reference number. I immediately did the necessary paperwork and received an email with reference number 5928635. In December 2013 after receiving my account from MTN the contract was still not cancelled. I went back to MTN Langeberg and they told me the system shows the contract as cancelled and that this will be the last payment. In January 2013 the contract is still not cancelled. For this reason I decided to try and resolve this by submitting this complaint.
