Cannot get my expiring contract cancelled

I have a Vodacome contract which has now expired, however I am unable to get it cancelled because I cannot get through to the contract cancellation line (0821958). I call more than twice every single day and am kept on hold for over 20mins, yet, nobody ever answers the phone. Please cancel my contract for 076 412 8105, since I have been trying to get this done for over a month now.
