Hi. Is there anybody attending the phone lines in the telkom department where i can transfer my telkom line to my new residence, for 2 days i have been phoning... Wasted R200 of airtime and still no one has answered any telephones. The sad part is all my calls was made in business hours so what is the excuse?? Telkom promises professional services but after holding on to a telephone for 30 minutes a shot, it really starts getting irritating. Wish telkom will start giving a high qaulity service to their existing customer base
