I had ordered a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (N8000) in grey or silver and a white one was delivered to me and i had specifically said over and over that i wanted a grey one and was told that it comes only in grey so i would get the grey one i want. Today when i get the device and question the colour i am told in SA it comes only in white grey is not available.
At the fourways Nashua Mobile store they have a grey one on display so i dont understand why i am being told in South Africa the grey one is not available and i am being told that the one in the store is a dummy its not real when i have seen that it is real because i have used it. All i want is the tablet the same way it is on the picture that is on the booklet with current promotions. I really dont want tp fight and i want the device by Friday 10am i will have to fetch it from Midrand myself. It is so dissappointing that Nashua Mobile treat customers like this, unacceptable. I need this sorted ASAP.
