I recently upgraded my contract by Nashua Mobile. I was told the new contract will only be active from the first of August 2013 By Norma. On the third August I got an email saying my contract was active from the 26th July and I owe R7142 of which was for data usage. I queried the matter and I was told Norma will contact me. It has been over 3 weeks waiting for Norma to explain this. Nashua Mobile just doesn't care about customers.
