Today at about 4h45pm, I went in to the Midrand head office to collect my son's phone that went in for repairs. First thing I was amazed by the fact that there were more Nashua employees than clients, yet I was made to wait for about 5 mins. Eventually one of them went to the register to call on the next client. The consultant that attended to me first told me there was no phone booked in my account. Claimed he has checked on all my numbers in my account. After I made him look again he found it, wrote a reference number in a peace of paper., Went to the back and came back with a phone. Got home my son noticed, it wasn't his phone. I don't get it, surely when he punched in the reference number of the phone he came back with he should have picked up that it didn't match. I stay in Benoni, left work (Menlyn) early to collect the phone. This is not an exaggeration, without fail, every time I'm in the Midrand branch, if I'm not the unhappy customer, there's definitely one throwing a tantrum.
