Cell C's Service is extremly poor!

My Blackberry's track-pad no longer worked properly so we took it to Cell C to have it fixed. As we had bad service at the Cell C Centurion close to Clicks we went to Cell C Centurion Bayside. When we got the phone back three days ago which is four FOUR months later NOTHING was fixed infact now the trackpad does not work at all! The contract has been idle for 95% of the four months, when we wanted to cancel the contract we were told we would need to pay the outstanding balance of the contract, though we haven't been using the phone or airtime for four months because of thir bad service. They told us to bring back the phone so they can repair it again. So does this mean another four monthes paying for something I don't use? I wish Trevor Noah was still the CEO (Chief Experience Officer) because really.
