I have now been struggling to get internet connectivity working properly from home. Last night, I spent 30 minutes waiting for customer care to answer. I sent the 'HELP' SMS, a total of 3 times now. Not once has Afrihost bothered to make contact. I have logged complains on the web site, only to get questions asked, which were answered by myself, but still nothing.
If anyone out there thinks Telkom is bad. please don't try Afrihost. I cancelled my Telkom account. because I thought that was bad service. Please avoid Afrihost at all costs. Most pathetic ISP I have ever encountered.
