Our company has had Mweb uncapped ADSL for more than a year without issues. We made the mistake of complaining that we are paying for our service but are not receiving statements or invoices. Also that we noted Mweb offers double the ADSL speed we get for the same price we are currently paying, but nobody cared to upgrade our connection speed or notify us! Oh, BIG MISTAKE! Not only is it nearly impossible to contact them via phone or get a response via email, when you complain your ADSL download speed gets throttled down to nothing! PAYBACK according to them! They say that if our company stop using internet and download nothing for 2 weeks they will "unthrottle" our ADSL! Stay away from MWEB. If you are already with them and your ADSL service is acceptable DO NOT COMPLAIN or phone them. They are nasty and vindictive people!
