Vodacom refuses to send a technician out to test the signal at my home - I have absolutely no signal for my phone and tablet there. They reckon I don't spend enough monthly!!! Even though I've been a contract client for the past 18 years... what kind of customer service is that?
Cell C & MTN don't do that - they are happy to help their clients...
VODACOM - This is really a shocking indication of customer service - DO SOMETHING!!!
