Loosing clients due to no signal

I have my own small company and is fully dependent on my cell phone. For the past 2 years I had very very bad signal at my house, office and in my area, nothing has been done up to now to improve the situation and clients can not reach me due to this. Also if there should be an emergency I will not be able to use my cell phone and who will take responsibility for that. The saddest part is that Vodacom is not cheap and by the end of the month they want their money, but most of the time you cannot use their service / network.

I insist that someone from Vodacom come to my house, test the signal for themselves and provide me with an immediate solution. I have logged a service request REF: S3-T6T1EEINWZ but no luck as the response is we know about the problem.

I do not want to go to another service provider as I have been with Vodacom for more than 18 years.
